The Board of the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators
(GCCALA) is pleased to announce that the 2011 Survey of Law Firm Compensation and
Employee Benefit Practices Report is now available. This survey of local law firms and
corporate legal departments is conducted annually by the GCCALA. The 2011 report contains
data from 20 Greater Cincinnati area law firms.
The survey is broken down into five sections, entitled: Support Staff, Paralegals, Administrators,
Attorneys & Law Clerks, and All Personnel Categories. Each section contains salary and benefits
information such as base salary, bonuses, billable rates, vacation time, healthcare costs, and
more. Compensation information is broken down according to mean, median, and 25th and 75th
percentiles. To comply with Federal antitrust laws, only data which cannot be identified as to firm
or individual and which is statistically meaningful, is shown in the results of the survey.
The survey is available to all law firms for $500.00. Please contact Kathy Wilson at
513-843-4272 or kwilson@abmlawfirm.com to get your copy!
